Whitetail Deer

Habitat: Forest, hills, and plains of Texas. Other subspecies live in the Caribbean, Europe and Northern Asia, North and South America. Texas has more Whitetail than any other state. Whitetail are named because the white underside of its tail is often the only think you’ll see as it runs away.
